I had booked for my appointment to be on Friday and when the Friday came around, nobody showed up I called the number that came with the request after I requested my appointment only to find out that they had never sent me the official confirmation text that comes with the deposit payment.Jared seemed very sorry that the follow up text was never sent and I was able to get a new appointment for Sunday and a discount for the inconvenience. The day of the service everything went smoothly, Jared was calm and respectful plus the service was great! the car looked so nice after.definitely will book again. Im hoping they update the scheduling system/ confirmation maybe in the future.
Matthew GuevaraI booked an express wash after seeing an ad on instagram. I missed the original appt but I was able to reschedule it for the next day. Team was on time. However, for $180, there were some spots that were clearly overlooked. This is my first time getting a detail ever and honestly I expected more. Not sure if I was supposed to remove everything from my car but some things weren’t removed and wiped under. Everything else was fine. (Pics included)
